Bona's 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed!
Bona stands behind everything they sell. If you are not satisfied with your Bona purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund at Bona. Returns are accepted at any time with receipt within 5 years of purchase. Please email email@example.com or call the Bona customer service at 877-289-2662.
If you purchased your Bona products from us, Bona will refund the cost of your purchase with our valid receipt. Please note, that all returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs.

Flooring Orders Return Policy:
- a) All flooring materials intended for returns to Zsibi Hardwood Floor must be in it's original, unopened packaging, clean, dry and undamaged. Full as well as partial order refunds are available for Flooring products within 30 days of receiving the items.
- b) You must request the return within a maximum of 30 days of the original delivery or pick up date of your order.
- c) The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The product must not have been used, modified, installed or marked in any way.
- d) The money back Guarantee does not apply to any clearance items or Custom Orders.
- e) Once we have received back the items and validated that the above conditions of the Guarantee have been satisfied, your refund will be processed.
- f) Return fees are subject to change.
For Flooring orders, a 30% restocking fee* + shipping costs** associated to returning the goods will be deducted from the full refund amount. The pick-up and shipping to return your order will be organized by Zsibi Hardwood Floor and their service providers. Refund will be processed only after inspection of your returned items.
